There is a lot of great people, if you manage to get into good enviorement, a lot of support that could be provieded and a lot to learn depending on the will.
Cons
Expecting hiring salary as an educated person. Only difference is that i work 5 days a week while an manufacturing regular guy is working 6 days a week in shifts and has same salary.
