Great work life balance. I worked for a great manager and closed out the final nine years of my career there. Retired in 2021
Cons
Too many people at the top the don;t add any value. Needs to be leaned out for nimble decision making. German Centric from the standpoint there's no room for growth unless you are from the mother land.
