      Pros

      Not many employees work in the building, Most are remote.

      Cons

      Low pay, no incentives. Clean old desk from employees that have not worked in the building in 4-5 years yet they still have personal items at their desk. Most work from home yet you have to jump through hoops for them as they will not come to work even if they live 10 min's away. Employees complain they are told to speak to HR that does not work in the building. Problems go on deaf ears.

      Pros

      Work-life balance is great and getting an internship extended is very common.

      Cons

      Not on the cutting edge of tech at all and they seem to move slowly much like the rest of the auto industry.
