Pros
1) RHI has really good training programs for both new and experienced hires getting into the industry 2) They have a great vacation package, 3) If you stick it out and get on a good team you can really make some good money.
Cons
1) 10+ hours/day required on a regular basis (minimum 1 week/month). 2) The Sr. Management is extremely far removed from the ground floor and has no idea how things are on a daily basis. 3) If you get hired on to a lower performing team it can take awhile before you start making decent money.
