Pros
The training The office The inspirational leadership The approachable and accessible directors The family feel I was unsure of a career in recruitment but I was recommended RH by a friend who had been a candidate. I read the reviews on here good and bad but thought it best to make up my own mind. I can honestly say the good ones are true the negative are clearly people who have a distorted view of RH, the industry and leadership My experience has been really tough and harder work than I expected but the support and training has been amazing. Although I have not billed brilliantly I am fully supported and made to believe I will get there. The KPI are only ever discussed to help and you are never told off for not achieving. I am proud to work for a company where all the leadership from director to DM did the job and are always walking around the office and happy to help. You are made to feel part of the family, results don't seem to be the concern only that you try your best, which I am doing. I have joined with lots of new people who are all great and inspirational so I feel like I have made a great career move.
Cons
The expectations and standards are high Recruitment is generally a hard industry
