Pros
As a "salaried" professional (SPS program), you're one social step up the ladder from actual temp workers. One positive is that you have very little oversight from people who have very little knowledge of your specialty.
Cons
But the reality is that you're still a temp worker. If you expected "salaried" to indicate that you wouldn't be punching a clock, you're very wrong. You still have to make up for every minute that you're not working for the client and you still have to reach a minimum time served even if there's no work for you to do. Furthermore, even if you do find a good assignment, the client is forbidden from hiring you.
