Pros
The biggest pro to working at RHI is you will greatly appreciate any other job you get soon after. If you are a people person you may also enjoy your client visits although you have to speed to get to them and get back because if you're gone too long the entire office has a fit.
Cons
MICRO MANAGED!!! My second week of work at about 11:15 PM my manager (who sits right next to you all day every day) ran my report to see how many connection calls I had that morning because I took my headset off to organize the mess on my desk. Later in a one-on-one meeting he scolded me for only having 12 connections and stopping to organize my work space. Your work day starts at 7:30AM and ends at 6:00PM with no breaks and lunch at your desk while still answering calls literally with food in your mouth. Your one-on-one meetings are designed to break you down because they think this motivates people to achieve higher numbers. It's similar to a cult and they even tell you, you will eventually have "Robert Half Swagger." They're referring to the few that actually last there longer than 6 months to a year because they are too stupid to realize they are being brain washed and work in a sick twisted environment. Quite frankly, the whole organization is a rip off. I don't recommend doing business with them nor do I recommend working there unless you have zero creativity, want to sound like a robot, and enjoying wearing a 3 piece suit everyday only to be ball and chained to a desk and a headset.
