Large company, expenses your millage, client meals; if you are good at what you do you can get a good bonus, some colleagues are delightful If you are able to place candidates and make sales consistently, management treats you very well and everyone treats you nicely
Cons
- low base salary - Robert Half takes a huge portion of the money you bring in, and what is left of you can leave you in a deficit. You could make the company a ton of money and still take home very little. - some colleagues are territorial and tell you not to speak with their candidates; can start fighting with you over percentage money split, which is very immature. Some people have very low IQ. - A lot of people drink the cool-aid and are inflexible and unfair - High turnover rate; people get fired out if they don't perform
