-Lack of salary increase. 2 years, no raise. -as a recruiter, you are limited to the job orders the sales team brings in. what i mean by this is you can only fill so many roles, limiting your production. For Ex: if your team brings in 10 job orders per month, that's likely all you're going to "fill" or have placements for. They say that your earnings are in your hands, but you're not in control of the job orders coming in. So, unless you're in a sales seat, your likely not going to increase your salary. -from my observations, you either get promoted to a sales seat after a year or so, or you stay a recruiter and are "stuck" in a sense. -Lacking on proper job descriptions provided per job order, unclear expectations focused on during job order intake process. -very "clicky", if you're not "in" with the crew, you're probably going to be broadsided with things that aren't ethically correct. -they'll say one thing, next thing you know, that's not the case -actions don't match up to what they preach. -rules/standards are only enforced if you're a heavy producer -never heard from Sr. Management despite promises made that "they are there whenever you need them. for myself, many emails were sent to sr. mgmt with no response.
