      Pros

      The opportunity for career growth is incredible. I have seen Account executives that produce move quickly into management. This company does not promote people because of how long they have been here, they promote people who succeed.

      Cons

      If you are fortunate enough to work at Robert Half, you will be challenged beyond anything you have ever imagined, and as a result you will grow as a professional as well as financially. The people who do not succeed at Robert Half are the people who think they are better than the process, or the people who are not used to working hard.

      Pay is based on a draw, so you have to cover your monthly base pay to receive the bonus

      Pros

      Robert Half gives more recruiting tools than you could ever use, RPS, LinkedIn, job postings, AI, Zoom Info, etc... They spend their money investing back into the company.

      Cons

      They don't give any stock options or even the ability to purchase stock at a discount. It's a publicly traded firm without a key benefit most associate with that.
