Pros

none honestly. we were overworked and underpaid.

Cons

Honestly, this job taught me a lot about work ethic. But it was the most horrendous job I ever had. After a year you switch to salary and it paid less than I was making when getting paid hourly. Everyone in the company is rude and no one cares about you. You have to make placements but get $0 for it. Genuinely the worst job I ever had and you HAD to work 8.5 hours a day and if you don’t reply on MS teams within 1 second you get in trouble. You could have 30 active contractors and still make $0 because of that wack bonus structure. I cannot emphasize how much I hated this job and how stressed and anxious I was every single day. Additionally, you have to pay nearly $200+ for HORRIBLE health care benefits on top of how little $ you’re already making. Do not join this company.

Pros

Great in finding contracts for contract workers. They got me a remote job that allowed me to work from my home in the Midwest for a job in California.

Cons

Can be hard to reach at times.

Pros

Hybrid, Good benefits/PTO, offered “competitions” for gift cards, cares about employees

Cons

As a recruiting manager, I felt that the pay structure was interesting with the base pay being a “draw” - meaning that you base salary is essentially commission paid to you in advance. So if you have some slow months, it rolls over and works yourself into a hole. I think it would be a better structure if it reset every month.
