Pros

The Pay is good, but its not worth the cons

Cons

I have not received any training on how to do my job and feel lost and stressed every day. Also, every person at this company has told me not to start a family because working for Robins & Morton I will end up divorced, so it's easy for the company to "focus on family" since there are none.

Thank you for your feedback. We know that the travel and scheduling demands of working in construction can be difficult. While we can’t change the nature of construction work, we are trying to promote and support work-life integration within the framework of our industry. Thank you for sharing this with us and we’ll continue pursuing that goal. What you describe regarding training is not reflective of our values or culture. We encourage you to discuss this with your manager or a member of the HR team.

Pros

Family-owned Culture is solid and people genuinely care about each other and their careers They will give you the chance to move up if you want it Business is booming Change happening should be a smooth transition

Cons

Aging executives means change will be happening soon Not crippling, but very healthcare-heavy Company is perfectly happy hiring the minimum number of folks and having their people figure it out
