      Good culture So many talented people and they are very passionate about their work Work-life balance REAL unlimited paid vacations Colleagues from different teams are very supportive Happy working environment Many free snacks Free meals and happy hours

      Cons

      Fast growing makes some processes a bit slow.

      Wonderful people, free & tasty breakfast and lunch with a lot of options, not too much pressure

      Pros

      Total compensation is top of the market. Good benefits, matching 401k, free DEXA scans, nice HQ.

      Cons

      Chaotic management. Violatile stock price, one year you can make a lot of money with your RSUs, the next year its all worthless. Progression is hard, on paper they have a standardized rubric for leveling engineers but when it comes to calibration that's when the gaslighting and the caveat starts.
