The company already has amazing product-market fit and a killer growth trajectory, although since it's seen as a "kids product", it's very overlooked by tech media. Add to that, the CEO is the boldest thinker I have encountered in 10+ years in tech. He invests the long-term right thing to do over the short-term gimmick every single time, and it has paid off with sustained growth and remarkable technology. Add to that, since it's a "kids product" a lot of the people who work here are parents, which gives the whole place a very mature and work/life friendly vibe. I almost didn't work here because I worried it wasn't "A-list", but I'm very glad I took the offer. I wish I could give 2 thumbs up for the 6-month business outlook. Talent here & comp are just as good as better-known companies, and honestly the upside here is better than most.
