      -Ability to accelerate your career - leadership recognizes hard work and talent -Company as a whole is in rapid growth -Great perks & benefits (free cal train go pass, free lunches, fitness reimbursement, etc.) -Brand new office

      Cons

      -With a company in hyper-growth, comes growing pains. At times decisions/ processes change rapidly

      Wonderful people, free & tasty breakfast and lunch with a lot of options, not too much pressure

      Lots of responsibility, lower RO rate (for interns)

      Pros

      Total compensation is top of the market. Good benefits, matching 401k, free DEXA scans, nice HQ.

      Cons

      Chaotic management. Violatile stock price, one year you can make a lot of money with your RSUs, the next year its all worthless. Progression is hard, on paper they have a standardized rubric for leveling engineers but when it comes to calibration that's when the gaslighting and the caveat starts.
