      Pros

      I appreciate my colleagues and its alot of friendly people working here

      Cons

      It's too much politics and for the past years it's more focus on management and less focus on tech. Soon there will be more project managers than programmers. Don't get me wrong but it's starting to feel like other big companies where you spend more time in meetings than coding.

      Wonderful people, free & tasty breakfast and lunch with a lot of options, not too much pressure

      Lots of responsibility, lower RO rate (for interns)

      Pros

      Total compensation is top of the market. Good benefits, matching 401k, free DEXA scans, nice HQ.

      Cons

      Chaotic management. Violatile stock price, one year you can make a lot of money with your RSUs, the next year its all worthless. Progression is hard, on paper they have a standardized rubric for leveling engineers but when it comes to calibration that's when the gaslighting and the caveat starts.
