Pros
- exceptional growth opportunity. Better that joining Facebook before it went public - very interesting engineering problems to solve. It doesn’t feel like you’ll be fixing some small button on a web site. - better overall compensation package than at Google/Facebook/Apple - feels like we are just starting to grow world wide
Cons
- people coming from other companies often get higher ranking that some long timers at the company, while they clearly are not even at the level. Seems like long timers will be moving on because of that
