      Great snackroom and fringe benefits

      Cons

      Employees are fired on a whim for absolutely no reason. Everyone wears a fake smile and the environment is so cutthroat it's jaw-dropping. They blow up small details such as making an innocent joke to someone as a means to fire someone. Expect to be bullied and kicked out each day you're on the job.

      Pros

      Total compensation is top of the market. Good benefits, matching 401k, free DEXA scans, nice HQ.

      Cons

      Chaotic management. Violatile stock price, one year you can make a lot of money with your RSUs, the next year its all worthless. Progression is hard, on paper they have a standardized rubric for leveling engineers but when it comes to calibration that's when the gaslighting and the caveat starts.
