Worst place I've ever worked by a fair margin - Senior Engineering Manager Roblox Employee Review

Literally everything else is a dumpster fire. The infrastructure is garbage. The planning is chaotic. Senior leadership will not delegate and seems to think all the employees are stupid. Middle management is cliquey, territorial, and ineffective. Reviews are constant and arbitrary. Lots of petty fiefdoms. Nothing gets done. top talent comes and goes pretty quickly. Morale is perpetually low, and most employees and managers are scared to varying degrees, and no one is confident. The stock is going nowhere. The CEO thinks he's a visionary but everyone else can see that he's an idiot.
