      - Incredible amenities including onsite (SSF) daycare, health care, gym facilities, cafeterias, unlimited coffee/espresso - Super smart employees - Focus on the patients is paramount, based on the science is fundamental, driven for the business is critical

      - Arrogance at times within leadership is palpable - Inefficiencies in corporate governance and decision making

      Pros

      The benefits are great and the pay is better than most.

      Cons

      They care more about forcing efficiency measures than solving root problems. They want to enact "morale boost" events but refuse to ask why we were unhappy. This year they decided to devalue our pay and our efforts by giving everyone a static 2% raise
