      Good experience. Good company. Good people. The strategy is forward thinking and I've had the pleasure to work with many talented people.

      Cons

      Overly bureaucratic. Sub optimal leadership. Senior leadership is either not qualified and then constantly changing making the job more difficult than need be.

      Pros

      The benefits are great and the pay is better than most.

      Cons

      They care more about forcing efficiency measures than solving root problems. They want to enact "morale boost" events but refuse to ask why we were unhappy. This year they decided to devalue our pay and our efforts by giving everyone a static 2% raise
