      Very friendly atmosphere. Highly skilled specialists. Excellent benefits. Management makes a lot of efforts to keep people happy.

      Very complicated organizational structure and, as a result, too many levels of programs/projects management and people who actually do not produce anything useful

      Pros

      The benefits are great and the pay is better than most.

      Cons

      They care more about forcing efficiency measures than solving root problems. They want to enact "morale boost" events but refuse to ask why we were unhappy. This year they decided to devalue our pay and our efforts by giving everyone a static 2% raise
