      The people are very professional and very helpful. The feeling of belonging to a good team is very evident and people are disciplined and dedicated and always willing to extend a helping hand

      Cons

      The salary is not that great and the current general manager does not put value in the contribution of senior employees. The atmosphere now is that anything new is great.

      The benefits are great and the pay is better than most.

      Cons

      They care more about forcing efficiency measures than solving root problems. They want to enact "morale boost" events but refuse to ask why we were unhappy. This year they decided to devalue our pay and our efforts by giving everyone a static 2% raise
