      Greak company with fast growth. Professional colleagues, all the staff feel comfortable and unified in striving for a common goal as a team. Roche treats contractors with a great deal of respect, encouraging them to be a part of the Roche team and new cultural beliefs.

      Cons

      Objectives that are virtually impossible to attain. Incentives usually fail because of poor structure rather than rewards.

      Pros

      The benefits are great and the pay is better than most.

      Cons

      They care more about forcing efficiency measures than solving root problems. They want to enact "morale boost" events but refuse to ask why we were unhappy. This year they decided to devalue our pay and our efforts by giving everyone a static 2% raise
