      Pay is above average for the area. Campus remodel will modernize environment considerably. Great on-campus amenities.

      Cons

      Once you are in there is limited on the job training. Leadership positions are arbitrarily given.

      Pros

      The benefits are great and the pay is better than most.

      Cons

      They care more about forcing efficiency measures than solving root problems. They want to enact "morale boost" events but refuse to ask why we were unhappy. This year they decided to devalue our pay and our efforts by giving everyone a static 2% raise
