      Little to no growth depending on your department, pay could be much better, too much change and lack of direction for the future of the employees, no optional remote work for lab support

      The benefits are great and the pay is better than most.

      Cons

      They care more about forcing efficiency measures than solving root problems. They want to enact "morale boost" events but refuse to ask why we were unhappy. This year they decided to devalue our pay and our efforts by giving everyone a static 2% raise
