      It is an excellent company that really cares for its employees. Work life balance is a fact. Work environment is highly appreciated. Challenge is a constant. Highly prepared and competitive people on board.

      Cons

      The Company's management is still divided by silos (even at Corporate level) We are far from synergize efforts and best practices among business units.

      Pros

      The benefits are great and the pay is better than most.

      Cons

      They care more about forcing efficiency measures than solving root problems. They want to enact "morale boost" events but refuse to ask why we were unhappy. This year they decided to devalue our pay and our efforts by giving everyone a static 2% raise
