There are other engineers who are very knowledgeable. The pros end there
Cons
Don’t expect to have a life outside of work. Even when you get all of your work done and mentor others, they’ll demand you put in more time and effort outside of work hours. They don’t pay well, and their benefits are mediocre at best. The culture is really a facade, and almost cult-like. The tech stack is grossly inadequate and their processes will make you hate your job, as you feel like you have one hand tied behind your back every time you try to get anything done. The mandatory annual training is seriously a joke, and a huge waste of time for everyone.
