Pros

Company culture here is great. Everyone helps each other out and wants the company to do well. Your opinion is truly valued and you will learn a lot. Product is amazing and has grown organically in 6 years with barely any marketing! Company got another round of funding and is hiring like crazy. If you are considering working here get in early you will not regret it!

Insurance is Aetna and the plans are ok.
