Joining RocketReach was one of the best professional decisions I have ever made. This is a company that cares about its employees and it shows. RocketReach listens to their employees and actually makes adjustments based on feedback from employees. I am able to maintain a healthy work/life balance and I am surrounded by amazing employees that do nothing but help and support each other. My voice is heard, I am helped and I am happy!
