- Loose and Flexible -Environment is friendly, others work as a team -Long lunch breaks, don't have to clock out -Shorter Shift Fridays -Boss works with you, isn't out of touch with employees. They do hands on dirty work with the employees they hire.

-Usually no weekend shifts -Hard labor can occur (Landscaping/snowshoveling) may occur
