Poor Management - Sales Associate Rogan's Shoes Employee Review

I never felt like I was satisfying management even though I would ask questions and try to make improvements. Management was bad at communicating and training. Company did not value worker's time or abilities. Worked there for over a year and a half, took on responsibility and was never late and never got a single raise.
