Pros
It's a family owned business. The employees are very nice. It's great for people that can work well alone and in groups. There is always promotions to make extra cash.
Cons
Have to keep a cool head when working with tough customers. Shoe boxes give paper cuts. You might have to pick up others slack sometimes.
