Pros
Great products, great facilities, great benefits, and just about everyone you work around is talented. Every day presents a new technical challenge, and if you like to travel, you can do plenty of that as well.
Cons
Hiring/firing process is highly questionable, work-life balance is not a priority, and there's no way to "move up" in this company (only horizontal moves). This company used to have a small company culture to it, but that's long gone these days.
