Thanks for your honest feedback. Firstly, we are glad to hear that you enjoyed the culture, perks and of course the annual global kick-off! Our company culture and work environment is something we are incredibly proud of and invest a lot of time and effort into. We truly believe it sets us apart from other companies.
We’re sorry however to hear that you did not have a great experience when it comes to management. This is definitely an area we are investing heavily in as we recognize how crucial this is to the experience and growth you have at Rokt - however we also acknowledge this is highly dependent on your specific manager and his/her people management capabilities. In addition to our regular engagement surveys and 180 degree feedbacks, we have also recently introduced a new training program for all our people leaders - to better equip them with the tools they need to be effective, not only managing, but also leading, coaching and developing their teams.
