Pros

I worked at Rokt for 4 years and loved every minute. Growth: At every point, from my SDR days through to my BDM roles, Rokt championed my development and ensured I had a support network to succeed. Whilst there were some challenges with the product & sometimes constant restructures, we learned as a team that this was all part of growing quickly. Selling Rokt: There were times where I didn't hit target for consecutive quarters. Rokt stuck by me and pulled as many levers as possible to help me succeed. Once you hit target, it's really not difficult to stay there. Leadership/Management Sometimes Leadership can be unapologetic with their decisions but were never afraid to address concerns head-on in an open forum. My managers were all amazingly talented, smart, and compassionate. I didn't see many over the years who managed a team and didn't fit this bill across all markets. Perks: Endless. Everything you could want. Work at Rokt if you want to be challenged and interact with really smart/driven people and get handsomely rewarded.

Cons

More notice before decisions happened that directly impacted my role.

Pros

Rokt is the kind of place where you can grow fast if you're willing to put in the work. I've built my way up to senior leadership over my time here, that kind of trajectory doesn't happen without real investment from the company in its people. The work is genuinely complex and interesting: you're sitting at the intersection of technology, commercial strategy, and some of the biggest brands in the world. The caliber of teammates has been consistently high, and the culture pushes you to think bigger and challenge yourself. There's also a real emphasis on building leaders from within, which I've benefited from directly and tried to pay forward with my own team.

Cons

Fast growth means things move quickly and priorities can shift. If you need a lot of structure or predictability, it can feel like a lot. Ambiguity is part of the job, and not everyone thrives in that environment.
