Pros

I joined Rokt last year and it's been really positive. From the onboarding (induction) to this week's All Hands (all company, every office meeting), it's on a clear mission to change commerce. Everyday, I am surrounded by some of the most intelligent and passionate people (called Rokt'stars) that I've ever worked with. My favorite is not only the daily lunch (Me & Eat), the smart people, strong leadership (new ones joined last year), GKO (in fun places like Sydney) or tons of dogs... its that every Friday we have TGIF where we recap the week, shoutout great people and celebrate each other. It's such a wonderful way to end the week. I'm just starting to use Levelup ($$$ for each person for professional development). Overall, I have become better working at Rokt - our values (which everyone uses) are really true to the culture... Bias for action, Raise the bar, Own the outcome, Conquer new frontiers force you to be at your best to be with the best.

Cons

It's fast-paced. Really fast-paced with high (but clear) expectations. You need to be ready to roll-up-your-sleeves and do whatever it takes. The work-life balance can be tough but it's hyper-growth tech company so it's atypical.

Pros

Rokt is the kind of place where you can grow fast if you're willing to put in the work. I've built my way up to senior leadership over my time here, that kind of trajectory doesn't happen without real investment from the company in its people. The work is genuinely complex and interesting: you're sitting at the intersection of technology, commercial strategy, and some of the biggest brands in the world. The caliber of teammates has been consistently high, and the culture pushes you to think bigger and challenge yourself. There's also a real emphasis on building leaders from within, which I've benefited from directly and tried to pay forward with my own team.

Cons

Fast growth means things move quickly and priorities can shift. If you need a lot of structure or predictability, it can feel like a lot. Ambiguity is part of the job, and not everyone thrives in that environment.
