I am thrilled to share my exceptional onboarding experience at Rokt, which has set the bar high for welcoming newcomers into the fold. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and enthusiasm, making me feel like a valued Rokt'star! The office environment at Rokt is nothing short of spectacular. The beautifully designed workspace not only provides a conducive atmosphere for productivity but also exudes a sense of creativity and innovation. It's a space where every detail has been thoughtfully curated to enhance the overall work experience. What truly stood out to me was the genuine effort made by team members to make me feel at home. The culture at Rokt is one of inclusivity and collaboration, and it was evident from the get-go. The catered lunches are a nice perk it creates a sense of community as colleagues gather to enjoy their lunches together. In conclusion, my onboarding journey at Rokt has been nothing short of exceptional. I am excited to contribute to the continued success of the team and look forward to being a part of the incredible journey that lies ahead. Thank you, Rokt, for making me welcomed.

Cons

Pros

Rokt is the kind of place where you can grow fast if you're willing to put in the work. I've built my way up to senior leadership over my time here, that kind of trajectory doesn't happen without real investment from the company in its people. The work is genuinely complex and interesting: you're sitting at the intersection of technology, commercial strategy, and some of the biggest brands in the world. The caliber of teammates has been consistently high, and the culture pushes you to think bigger and challenge yourself. There's also a real emphasis on building leaders from within, which I've benefited from directly and tried to pay forward with my own team.

Cons

Fast growth means things move quickly and priorities can shift. If you need a lot of structure or predictability, it can feel like a lot. Ambiguity is part of the job, and not everyone thrives in that environment.
