Pros

Rokt is a fast-paced environment where talent and great ideas matter most. People with ego typically don't make it through the interview process. There is a constant push to raise the bar and question the status quo. This type of environment is certainly not for everyone but if it is for you it opens up many personal and career growth opportunities. Due to relatively flat hierarchies every level gets a fair shot at making significant contributions to the success of the business. Overall, Rokt is a very exciting place to work. You are surrounded by incredible people and talent without being intimidating. Everyone is super humble and supportive to new starters in particular. Then there is the annual GKO (Global Kick-Off) event. We have been at many cool places and each event is a unique and unforgettable experience.

Cons

High expectations and rapid pace can impact work life balance for some. This can be exhausting at times but there is great team support to manage such phases. It also comes down to individual managers how they handle the situation.

Pros

Rokt is the kind of place where you can grow fast if you're willing to put in the work. I've built my way up to senior leadership over my time here, that kind of trajectory doesn't happen without real investment from the company in its people. The work is genuinely complex and interesting: you're sitting at the intersection of technology, commercial strategy, and some of the biggest brands in the world. The caliber of teammates has been consistently high, and the culture pushes you to think bigger and challenge yourself. There's also a real emphasis on building leaders from within, which I've benefited from directly and tried to pay forward with my own team.

Cons

Fast growth means things move quickly and priorities can shift. If you need a lot of structure or predictability, it can feel like a lot. Ambiguity is part of the job, and not everyone thrives in that environment.
