Pros

Autonomy - The leadership team empowers every individual to own outcomes and operate in a manner that allows them to unlock their full potential and drive value. Ideation - Every individual's opinions and design proposals are heard and valued. There are venues and processes to support green-field ideation. High-performance growth - We are building a high-performing e-commerce technology product at a rapid rate. I was able to learn new technologies and processes at a faster rate than I would've at any other company. Personal learning and lifestyle budget - Employees have a generous budget for self learning, conferences and books along with career coaching & wellness budget for fitness. Community - The smartest and well-rounded group of individuals I have worked with. Culture - Free lunch daily, dog-friendly, ERGs, annual company offsite, company swag, interest groups, etc.

Cons

There are an abundance of complex problems to solve. Sometimes this can become difficult when coordinating across multiple teams/departments & 3rd parties to deliver features. 4 days a week in office. I would prefer 3 days in office, 2 days remote. Worth noting there is some flexibility if you have extenuating circumstances.

Pros

Rokt is the kind of place where you can grow fast if you're willing to put in the work. I've built my way up to senior leadership over my time here, that kind of trajectory doesn't happen without real investment from the company in its people. The work is genuinely complex and interesting: you're sitting at the intersection of technology, commercial strategy, and some of the biggest brands in the world. The caliber of teammates has been consistently high, and the culture pushes you to think bigger and challenge yourself. There's also a real emphasis on building leaders from within, which I've benefited from directly and tried to pay forward with my own team.

Cons

Fast growth means things move quickly and priorities can shift. If you need a lot of structure or predictability, it can feel like a lot. Ambiguity is part of the job, and not everyone thrives in that environment.
