Pros
You will get this notion reading other reviews that Rokt is a unique place to work. The culture is obsessed with moving fast, change and never being comfortable. What's cool, is that is paired with an equal obsession for personal autonomy, responsibility and ownership. What does that mean? It means you need to be up for competing with the absolute smartest people in their field, and being asked to do things that are way outside your comfort zone. If you thrive in that kind of environment you will get more out of working for Rokt than any other role, company or team you've ever been a part of.
Cons
Everything in the 'pros' i've outlined can be construed as 'cons' - and that's the only real con about Rokt. It is not for everyone. Glassdoor asks "would you recommend Rokt to a friend?" and since working at here, I now realize how ineffective this question is as a mechanism for 'rating' a workplace. I absolutely wouldn't recommend Rokt to everyone - but the people I do recommend it to are the people who crush it in the environment i describe in the 'pros' section. In the same way I wouldn't recommend everyone who knows how to cook go and work for a Michelin starred chef - where people go to see how good they can be. The same applies with Rokt.
