Pros

Brilliant People: The team here is full of smart, driven individuals. It’s an intellectually stimulating environment where everyone brings something to the table. CEO: The CEO is a visionary, steadfast in their approach, and has played a key role in driving the company’s tremendous growth. The leadership team is highly committed and passionate about the company’s mission. High Reward for Hard Work: This company is not for the faint of heart. If you’re willing to show up and hustle, the growth and learning opportunities are unmatched. The bar is set high, but if you can meet it, the return on effort is huge. Challenging & Dynamic Environment: If you’re tired of working in a boring, status-quo environment surrounded by non-ambitious people, this is a place for those who thrive on challenge. The work here is intense, but it’s never dull.

Cons

Burnout: The intensity and high expectations can lead to burnout if you’re not careful. You need to be ready for sustained hard work, and it’s not always easy to disconnect. Generational & Experience Gap: There's a noticeable gap between the executive teams and senior leadership, particularly in terms of age and experience. A lot of junior people are working directly with high-level execs internally/externally, which can create anxiety and a sense of extreme pressure. While this provides incredible exposure, it can also be a bit overwhelming. Pressure & Anxiety: Given the ambitious culture and high stakes, there’s a lot of pressure to perform. While this is great for career growth, it can also create stress, especially for those still finding their footing.

Pros

Rokt is the kind of place where you can grow fast if you're willing to put in the work. I've built my way up to senior leadership over my time here, that kind of trajectory doesn't happen without real investment from the company in its people. The work is genuinely complex and interesting: you're sitting at the intersection of technology, commercial strategy, and some of the biggest brands in the world. The caliber of teammates has been consistently high, and the culture pushes you to think bigger and challenge yourself. There's also a real emphasis on building leaders from within, which I've benefited from directly and tried to pay forward with my own team.

Cons

Fast growth means things move quickly and priorities can shift. If you need a lot of structure or predictability, it can feel like a lot. Ambiguity is part of the job, and not everyone thrives in that environment.
