Pros

At a high level: - Strong company trajectory, amazing growth across a challenging time - Autonomy and ownership given to employees in the problems we solve - Industry competitive salaries - Great benefits (PTO, medical, level up, technology allowance) - Catered lunches and good office environment More detailed: Rokt has shown itself to be a strong growth company across the last 10 years. Working here there are significant opportunities to own the toughest problems, and have a real impact on the business. With that, comes expectations - expectations to be an owner, expectations to drive outcomes and to make an impactful contribution. It's not a place for people who want to coast. But for those who care about making a positive impact to the business, and to the broader community, there's few better places to be. It's a truly transformative company that's defined a new industry, with countless opportunities to work on the toughest problems, sell into the largest ecommerce clients, and build category defining products. You couldn't ask for a better place to develop and grow.

Cons

It's a high performance culture. Feedback is delivered in a transparent and honest way, which can be challenging if you're not used to that. You only get out what you put in.

Pros

Rokt is the kind of place where you can grow fast if you're willing to put in the work. I've built my way up to senior leadership over my time here, that kind of trajectory doesn't happen without real investment from the company in its people. The work is genuinely complex and interesting: you're sitting at the intersection of technology, commercial strategy, and some of the biggest brands in the world. The caliber of teammates has been consistently high, and the culture pushes you to think bigger and challenge yourself. There's also a real emphasis on building leaders from within, which I've benefited from directly and tried to pay forward with my own team.

Cons

Fast growth means things move quickly and priorities can shift. If you need a lot of structure or predictability, it can feel like a lot. Ambiguity is part of the job, and not everyone thrives in that environment.
