Pros
The salary is competitive. There are also good benefits and initiatives to recognize good worker. Co workers are generally friendly.
Cons
The hierarchy is pretty heavy on top. Those at the bottom tends to get cut and those at the top tends to change frequently. Communications is a issue. There are always people left out in the loop especially those who are doing the actual work. Politics which is inevitable exists and can be seen.
