Pros
Excellent for having time off, a keen supporter of developing people within the company. Generally pay is pretty good and is inline with the industry standard. Great to see the big engines after development.
Cons
Cost cutting measures have placed more pressures on individual staff and therefore stress can be high in certain areas. Due to the nature of the work it can be slow paced and full of red tape.
