      Different working culture compared to Singapore owned company. Good exposure of a real overseas company. Multi national company of different countries of people.

      Cons

      Very little opportunity of growth within the company. UK dominant where local are subordinates. Different pay structure and currency. Locals are paid low company to UK equivalent.
