Lower budget school, so some things aren't always available. But they do great for what they have!

Not very diverse, no room for growth, low pay, you will juggle many hats

Pros

Spring, Thanksgiving and Winter breaks off allows me to spend time with my family without taking extra time off.

Cons

Very politically and socially influenced in decision making. If you're not in that circle, you will be given a hard time.
