Unethical and Immoral place to work - Med Tech II Roper St. Francis Healthcare Employee Review

Money hungry management cares more about money than patient care and safety. Management is incompetent and shows favoritism to people who keep unethical habits hush hush. Unqualified and uncertified techs hired to save money. Whistleblowers are fired. HR will not help you. This makes for bad moods daily and a very unpleasant place to work. Turnover rate is enormous and the lab would not have survived this long without sticking travel techs in constantly open positions. The only area hospital who does not require techs to be ASCP certified!
