Business Outlook
Pros
Upper management has been taking more time to listen to feedback from employees and surveys and trying to at least show what efforts are being made to address those needs. My management and HR is also very helpful in wanting to help you improve and excel to reach any future career goals you may have. Overall, it has been one of my favorite places I have worked, where it feels like what I do is valued and appreciated.
Cons
Being a large and global company, it can sometime be difficult in terms of communications between teams and other regions. Sometimes it feels there is some disconnect and timing challenges.
