Pros

As a Lead of Training & Quality, I’ve had the privilege of working in an environment that prioritizes both professional excellence and employee well-being. The culture is warm, motivating, and growth-driven. The management team is incredibly supportive and practices a genuine open-door policy, making communication smooth and comfortable. Work–life balance is truly respected here. The WFH option provides great flexibility without compromising productivity, and it reflects the company’s trust in its employees. Highly recommended for professionals looking for stability, growth, and a culture that values people above all.

Cons

I do not see any issues in the organization.

Pros

Rose International was extremely insightful in bringing the right opportunities to me and preparing me for the interviews. Had it not been for them, I would have found it difficult to land my current job. I would highly recommend this company to all job seekers in the US and abroad.

Cons

I do not have any negative experience.

Pros

As a contractor, I appreciated a number of things with Rose. When I was in the running for a contract job, my contact gave me what intel he could about the company, role, hiring manager, and also practice interviewed with me. He kept me informed through the hiring phase. Once hired, I had a contact reach out for regular check-ins to see how things were going - the good and any challenges he may need to support.

Cons

As a contractor, my only MINOR frustration was onboarding. It was not structured so I found myself asking a lot of questions. It would have been nice to have a 10-15 minute call with HR or onboarding to level set on expectations (when to set up benefits and such) or an eLearning/video walkthrough of the company sites, esp. for pay and benefits. Post contract I had hoped for more support finding a next role.
